Chunky Watermelon Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 1/2 oz peeled, chopped seedless watermelon
    1 None small white onion, finely chopped
    10 None pitted kalamata olives, quartered lengthwise
    3/4 cup feta (about 4 1/4 oz), cubed
    2 tbsp chopped mint
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
    1 None long red chili, seeded, finely chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, tossing to mix well. Serve.
