Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
7 oz white cabbage, finely shredded
7 oz red cabbage, finely shredded
1 None medium carrot, coarsely grated
3 None spring onions, thinly sliced
Preparation

Whisk together mayonnaise and white wine vinegar in a large serving bowl.
Add white cabbage, red cabbage, carrot and onions to bowl and toss gently to combine.
