Pear And Cheese Salad With Pomegranate Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
    2 tbsp sherry or apple cider vinegar
    1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
    6 oz baby greens
    2 None ripe Bosc pears, cored and thinly sliced
    2 None shallots, peeled and thinly sliced
    1/3 cup toasted pecans, coarsely chopped
    1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
    3 oz goat or feta cheese, crumbled
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine pomegranate molasses and vinegar. Slowly whisk in olive oil then season. Add mixed greens, pears, shallots, pecans and pomegranate seeds and toss to combine. Arrange on a serving platter and sprinkle with cheese.
