Chocolate Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
    1 1/4 cups heavy cream
    2 tbsp Grand Marnier or other liqueur of choice
    None None Strawberries, to serve
Preparation
    Place chocolate and cream in a medium saucepan on low heat. Cook, stirring, for 2-3 mins until melted and smooth. Stir in liqueur.
    Transfer to a fondue dish and keep warm over a gentle flame, stirring often. Serve with strawberries.
