2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 2/3 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 None egg, beaten lightly
2 tsp vanilla extract
5 oz dark or milk chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Grease and line 2 baking trays with parchment paper.
Combine sugar and flour in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together butter, egg and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and mix until combined. Mix in chocolate chips. Scoop out level tablespoons of dough and place 2 1/2 inches apart on prepared trays. Flatten slightly. Bake for 12-15 mins, or until golden brown. Let cool on trays.
