Summer Spritzer - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10 tsp lemon zest
1 None lemon, sliced + extra slices to garnish
1 bottle dry white wine, chilled
1 bottle sparkling white wine, chilled

Preparation

Put the lemon zest, lemon slices and white wine in a large pitcher and chill until ready to serve.
To serve, add the sparkling white wine then pour into glasses. Serve garnished with extra lemon slices.
