Ingredients
-
13 oz white chocolate, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
14 oz dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
Preparation
-
Grease an 8x12 inch rimmed baking pan and line base and sides with parchment paper, extending paper 2 inches above long edges of pan.
Stir white chocolate in a small heatproof bowl over a small saucepan of simmering water until smooth. Let cool for 5 mins then add peanut butter and stir until smooth.
Stir dark chocolate in a small heatproof bowl over a small saucepan of simmering water until smooth. Let cool slightly.
Drop alternate spoonfuls of white chocolate mixture and dark chocolate into prepared pan. Gently shake pan to level mixture then pull a skewer backwards and forwards through mixtures several times to create a marbled effect. Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours, or until set. Cut into small pieces to serve.
