Summer Veggie Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None small zucchini (about 10 oz.)
    2 None small yellow squash (about 10 oz.)
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for brushing
    5 None small plum tomatoes, sliced
    4 None spring onions, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 tbsp shredded Asiago cheese
Preparation
    Preheat grill to medium. Brush zucchini and squash lightly with oil. Grill for 5 mins, turning frequently, until slightly softened. Slice thickly then transfer to a large baking dish.
    Add remaining ingredients, except Asiago, to baking dish. Season. Microwave on HIGH for 12 mins, until vegetables are tender.
    Preheat broiler. Sprinkle dish with Asiago cheese then broil for 1 min, until cheese is melted.
