Chilled Cucumber And Avocado Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cups water
3 None ripe avocados, stone removed, peeled, coarsely chopped
1 None Persian cucumber, seeds removed, partly peeled, coarsely chopped
1 None lime, zest finely grated and juiced
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 None green chiles, seeds removed, sliced
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
None None lime wedges, to serve
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except cilantro and lime wedges, in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Season to taste.
Chill for at least 2 hours. Serve sprinkled with cilantro. Accompany with lime wedges.
