Mini Bread Puddings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 None hot cross buns or raisin rolls, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
3/4 cup milk
2/3 cup heavy cream
2 None eggs, at room temperature
1 tbsp granulated sugar
None None powdered sugar and ground cinnamon, to dust
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease 2 - 12 cup mini muffin pans. Distribute hot cross buns between prepared pans. Whisk milk, cream, eggs and sugar then distribute over buns. Set aside for 10 mins to soak up liquid then bake for 15 mins, or until puddings are set and golden. Serve warm dusted with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
