Cherry Chocolate Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5.25 oz chocolate cookies
    5 1/2 tbsp butter, melted
    1 lb cream cheese, softened
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    2 None eggs
    7 oz dark chocolate, melted
    7 oz morello cherries, drained + extra, to decorate
    5.25 oz cherry-coconut chocolate candy bars, chopped
    1 1/4 cups whipped cream, to serve
    None None cocoa powder, to serve
Preparation
    Grease a 9 1/2 inch springform pan.
    In a food processor, process cookies to fine crumbs. Add butter and process until combined. Press mixture into base of prepared pan then chill for 30 mins.
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Gradually beat in melted chocolate then fold in cherries and chocolate candy bars. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 50 mins. Let cool in oven with door ajar. Chill for 3 hours, or overnight.
    Serve topped with whipped cream and dusted with cocoa powder. Decorate with extra morello cherries.
