Garlic Shrimp Pots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup olive oil
    6 tbsp (3/4 stick) butter, quartered
    8 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    2 small red chili peppers, seeded and finely chopped
    24 None medium shrimp, peeled and deveined, leaving tails intact
    1 tbsp chopped parsley
    None None Sea salt and pepper, to season
    None None Lemon wedges, to serve
    None None Baguette, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F.
    Divide oil, butter, garlic and chili peppers among 4 small ovenproof ramekins. Place on a baking pan.
    Bake 10 mins. Place 6 shrimp in each ramekin. Bake for a further 6-8 mins or until shrimp are just cooked through.
    To serve, sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper. Serve with lemon wedges and fresh baguette.
