Orange Soufflé - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup granulated sugar, plus 1 tbsp
    3 1/2 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp flour
    1 cup milk
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    4 None egg yolks, plus 5 egg whites
    2 tbsp orange liqueur
    None None powdered sugar, to dust
    5 large egg whites
    None None sifted icing sugar, to dust
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F. Grease 6 small souffle dishes. Sprinkle bases and sides with 1 tbsp sugar, shaking out excess.
    In a small saucepan, melt butter over high heat. Add flour and cook for 1 min, stirring constantly. Whisk in milk until smooth. Add remaining sugar, vanilla and 1/4 tsp salt. Cook over low heat for 10 mins, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Let cool then whisk in egg yolks and liqueur. Whip egg whites to stiff peaks then fold in. Distribute between prepared souffle dishes and bake for 7 mins.
    Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
