Banana Caramel Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup pecan halves, halved lengthwise
    2 tbsp powdered sugar, plus additional, for dusting
    1 1/4 cups caramel sauce
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    8 None ready-made crepes
    2 large bananas, thinly sliced
    None None Whipped cream, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Place pecans in a sieve, then rinse under cold water. Place wet pecans on prepared pan. Sift powdered sugar over pecans; toss to coat. Bake for 10 mins or until crisp.
    Combine caramel sauce and cream in a small saucepan low heat. Cook, stirring, for 3 mins or until heated through.
    Heat crepes according to package directions. Arrange bananas on one side of each crepe. Drizzle half the caramel mixture over bananas. Fold or roll crepes to enclose filling; place on serving plates. Drizzle remaining caramel mixture over crepes; sprinkle with sugared pecans. Serve with whipped cream and dust with additional powdered sugar.
