Pasta With Chicken And Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz rotini pasta
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 None red onion, thinly sliced
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    2 cups sliced cooked chicken or smoked chicken
    1 1/2 cups frozen peas, thawed
    1/2 cup roasted peppers, halved
    1/2 cup cream
    1/4 cup chopped parsley
    None None Grated Parmesan cheese, to serve
Preparation
    Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to package directions.
    Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Saute onion and garlic for 2-3 mins, until softened. Add chicken, peas and peppers. Cook, stirring, for 3-5 mins. Stir in cream. Simmer for 3 mins.
    Drain pasta. Add to sauce with parsley; toss well. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
