Gorgonzola And Pear Toasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 None pear, peeled, cored and finely chopped
    1 tsp lemon juice
    100 g creamy Gorgonzola
    3/4 cup heavy cream
    4 sprigs fresh marjoram (or oregano), leaves removed and finely chopped
    1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
    None None Rye bread, to serve
Preparation
    Sprinkle the pear with the lemon juice. Place the gorgonzola and cream in a bowl and mash with a fork. Stir in the pear, marjoram and Parmesan. Serve with rye bread.
