Nasi Goreng (Indonesian Fried Rice) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tbsp oil
4 None spring onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
10.5 oz Chinese cabbage, shredded
2 1/2 tbsp Indonesian nasi goreng spice mix
21 oz cooked long grain white rice
12.5 oz cooked shrimp, peeled, tails intact
6 None fried eggs, to serve
None None satay skewers, to serve
None None sliced red chili, to serve (optional)
Preparation

Heat oil in a large wok over high heat. Stir-fry onions for 1 min. Add cabbage and stir-fry for 1-2 mins, until beginning to wilt. Add spice mix. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins, until fragrant. Add rice and stir-fry for 3-4 mins. Add shrimp and heat through.
Serve in bowls topped with fried eggs, satay skewers and sliced red chili, if desired.
