Smoked Trout Bruschetta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb cream cheese
1 bunch fresh chives, trimmed, snipped
1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
1 None lemon, zested
2 tbsp lemon juice
8 slices baguette, grilled
1 1/4 lb smoked trout, flesh flaked
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, herbs, lemon zest and lemon juice. Season. Spread over grilled toasts. Top with trout and serve.
