Ingredients

3/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, finely chopped
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
4 None chicken breasts, scored
1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 None small cucumber, halved, seeded, chopped
1/2 lb cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 tbsp fresh oregano leaves
1 tbsp olive oil
None None black olives, to serve
Preparation

Combine yogurt, cilantro, garlic, ginger and spices. Coat chicken with mixture then chill, covered, for 4 hours, or overnight, to marinate.
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 mins per side, until cooked through.
Meanwhile, to make the salad, combine cucumber, tomatoes, oregano and olive oil. Season.
Serve chicken with salad and black olives.
