Strawberry And Papaya Cocktail - cooking recipe
Ingredients

500 g strawberries, diced, retaining 4 for decoration
60 g sugar
1 1/2 None papayas (about 45g total), cut into slices
1 None lime, juiced and half zested
200 ml mango pulp (or peach if preferred)
1 bag ice cubes (about 500g)
None None mint, for decoration
Preparation

Dice one-quarter of the strawberries and set aside. Blend the remaining three-quarters of the strawberries in a blender with half of the ice cubes and 1/4 cup of sugar to create a puree. Pour the puree into a bowl and place in the freezer while you prepare the rest of the cocktail. Combine the papaya, lime juice, zest, remaining sugar and the mango pulp in the blender and briefly pulse. Add the remaining ice to the blender and pulse until smooth.
Remove the strawberry puree from the freezer and mix in the diced strawberries. Pour into individual glasses and top with the papaya and mango puree. Decorate with the reserved whole strawberries and a sprig of mint.
