Caramel Apple Crumbles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 None large apples, peeled, cored, cut into 3/4 inch wedges
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    2 cups caramel sauce
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    None None Crumble
    1/2 cup self-rising flour
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    2/3 cup rolled oats
    6 1/2 tbsp butter, softened
    None None whipped cream, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Place six 8.5oz ramekins on a baking tray.
    In a medium saucepan, combine apples and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat for 6-8 mins, covered, shaking occasionally, until just tender. Let cool for 15 mins. Add 1 cup caramel sauce, heavy cream and 1/2 tsp salt. Distribute between ramekins.
    Meanwhile, in a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar and oats. Cut in butter until mixture resembles large breadcrumbs. Distribute over apples in ramekins.
    Bake for 20-25 mins, until golden brown. Warm remaining caramel sauce. Serve crumble with warm caramel sauce and whipped cream.
