Texas Chili Cheese Burger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None red onion, 1/2 finely chopped, 1/2 sliced
    1 None chili, deseeded and finely chopped
    4.25 oz ground beef
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 None burger bun, lightly toasted
    2 leaves lettuce, torn
    1 None tomato, 1/2 sliced, 1/2 chopped
    1 tsp mayonnaise
    2 slices cheese
    1/4 None avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
    None None cherry tomatoes, to serve (optional)
Preparation
    Mix chopped onion, chili and ground beef then form into a burger patty. Heat oil then sear burger for 5-6 mins per side until cooked through. Serve on burger bun with lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, cheese, onion and avocado. Serve with cherry tomatoes, if using.
