Open Faced Prosciutto And Mozzarella Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 thick slices sourdough
2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, halved
2 None tomatoes, thickly sliced
4 slices prosciutto
4 oz buffalo mozzarella, drained, sliced
None None fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Preparation

Preheat broiler. Brush bread on both sides with 1 tbsp oil then rub with cut garlic. Broil for 2-3 mins per side, until golden and toasted.
Arrange toast on a baking tray and top with tomato slices, prosciutto and mozzarella. Drizzle with remaining oil then broil for 3-4 mins, until cheese is melted and golden. Season to taste. Garnish with basil leaves.
