Icy Fruit Kebabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs assorted fruit, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 cup low fat passionfruit yogurt
    1 tsp finely grated orange peel
    1 tbsp orange juice
Preparation
    Thread fruit onto eight skewers. Place onto parchment paper-lined tray. Cover with foil; freeze 20 mins.
    Combine yogurt, orange peel and juice in a small bowl.
    Serve kebabs with yogurt mixture.
