Caraway Breadsticks With Beet Dip - cooking recipe

1 pkg (1/4 oz) active dry yeast
None None Pinch sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp table salt
2 tsp caraway seeds
1/2 tsp sea salt flakes
1 can (8 oz) sliced beets, drained
1/4 cup low fat plain yogurt
1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Line two baking pans with parchment paper.
Sprinkle yeast over the 1/2 cup warm water in small bowl. Add sugar; stir until combined. Let stand in warm place about 10 mins or until frothy.
Sift flour and table salt into medium bowl. Sir in seeds and yeast mixture. Knead dough on floured surface about 5 mins or until smooth.
Divide dough into 16 pieces. Roll each piece on floured surface into 6 inch-long stick. Place sticks on prepared pans. Spray lightly with no stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake about 15 mins or until lightly browned.
Meanwhile, for the beet dip, process beets, yogurt, garlic and 1/2 tsp water until smooth. Season to taste.
Serve breadsticks with beet dip.
