Layered Chocolate And Crispy Caramel Sundaes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup + 1 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
    5.25 oz dark chocolate, finely chopped
    1 1/3 tbsp butter
    1.4 oz chocolate puffed rice cereal (about 1 3/4 cup)
    3 1/4 tbsp granulated sugar
    3 tbsp milk
    1 tbsp yogurt
Preparation
    First, gently heat 1/2 cup of cream, add 3.5 oz of chopped chocolate and butter and stir until you have created a smooth mixture. Beat the remaining 1 1/4 cup cream until stiff, and gently fold into the lukewarm chocolate mixture.
    Layer the chocolate mixture and puffed rice cereal alternately in glasses. Cover the glasses and refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Caramelize the sugar in a saucepan, then add the milk, yogurt and add 1.75 oz chocolate. Stir over a low heat until you have a creamy sauce. Leave the sauce to cool, stirring occasionally. Just before serving, pour the caramel sauce on top of the chocolate sundaes.
