Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp peanut oil
    1 lb ground pork
    1 tbsp ginger, julienned
    3 cloves crushed garlic
    1 None finely chopped birdseye chili
    1/4 None pineapple, peeled and chopped
    1 None peeled, sliced carrot
    1 None chopped green pepper
    None None steamed greens, steamed rice, to serve
    None None Sauce
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup white vinegar
    1/4 cup shao hsing wine
    1 tbsp soy sauce
Preparation
    Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan on high. Stir-fry ground pork 4-5 minutes, breaking up lumps, until browned. Add ginger, garlic and chili. Stir-fry 1 minute. Stir pineapple, carrot and pepper through. Stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
    To make the sauce, in a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add sauce to wok and bring to simmer. Cook, stirring, 3-4 minutes. Serve.
