Cream Of Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    40 g smoked bacon, cut into cubes
    300 g mushrooms, halved
    2 None onions, finely diced
    2 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp plain flour
    600 ml vegetable stock
    200 g cream
    2 tbsp chopped chives
Preparation
    Cook the bacon in a frying pan until brown on all sides then remove and set aside. Add the mushrooms and onion to the pan and saute for around 10 minutes, season to taste. Add the butter, sprinkle with flour, stir then deglaze with stock and cream. Cook for 5 minutes then add the chives and bacon back into the pan. Season to taste and serve.
