Vegetable Mornay - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 pkg (16 oz) frozen cauliflower and broccoli florets
1 jar (15 oz) alfredo pasta sauce
1/3 cup mild tomato salsa
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat the broiler to high. Using your hands, squeeze the excess moisture from the spinach. Place the cauliflower and broccoli in a large bowl. Pour boiling water over the cauliflower and broccoli and let stand for 2 mins. Drain well. Arrange the cauliflower, broccoli and spinach in a 9-inch square baking dish.
Top with the pasta sauce then dot with tomato salsa and ricotta. Sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Broil for 8-10 mins or until the top is golden and bubbling.
