Open-Faced Cheese Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp sunflower seeds, toasted
    6.25 oz Limburger or Taleggio cheese, diced
    2 sprigs fresh basil, chiffonade
    1 tbsp olive oil
    4 slices whole grain bread
Preparation
    Mix sunflower seeds, cheese, basil and oil. Season then spread over bread.
