Cream Cheese And Olive Palmiers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup pimiento stuffed green olives
    3 oz cream cheese, softened
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    2 None sheets puff pastry
Preparation
    Finely chop olives and combine in small bowl with cream cheese and lemon juice. Spread half the filling on 1 sheet pastry.
    Fold 2 opposite sides of pastry inward to meet in middle and flatten slightly. Fold each side in half again to meet in middle and press gently to flatten. Roll each side of folded pastry into the center and flatten slightly. Repeat with remaining sheet of pastry and filling. Enclose separately in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0F. Oil baking trays. Cut pastry rolls into 1 inch slices. Place on trays about 1 inch apart. Bake palmiers for 12 mins or until browned lightly.
