Thai Salad Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 None cherry tomatoes, quartered
    1/2 cup bean sprouts
    1 None mini cucumber, sliced lengthwise into ribbons
    1 None red onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
    1 cup finely shredded iceberg lettuce leaves
    2 None iceberg lettuce leaves
    None None FOR THE SESAME DRESSING
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1/4 tsp sesame oil
    1 tsp fish sauce
Preparation
    For the sesame dressing, whisk all ingredients in small bowl.
    Combine tomatoes, bean sprouts, cucumber, onion, cilantro and shredded lettuce in medium bowl. Add dressing; toss gently to combine. Spoon salad into lettuce leaves to serve.
