Roast Beef And Leek Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tbsp butter
    300 g brown bread, cut into cubes
    2 tbsp oil
    750 g leek, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    300 g roast beef, cut into cubes
    250 g raclette cheese, grated
    1 bunch chives, finely chopped
Preparation
    Heat the butter in a large oven proof frying pan. Saute the bread cubes until golden brown then drain on some kitchen paper and set aside.
    Heat oil in the pan and saute the leek and garlic for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and remove half the leeks and set aside.
    Add half the bread and half the beef to the pan with the remaining leeks . Sprinkle half the cheese on top, then repeat with the remaining leeks, beef, bread and cheese. Bake for about 10 minutes until cheese has melted and serve with a garnish of chopped chives.
