Spring Salad (Prasini Salata) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            1 large Romaine lettuce, finely shredded
 
6 None green onions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
Preparation
- 
                            Combine the lettuce, onion and dill in a large serving bowl. Whisk the oil and vinegar in a small bowl.
 
Just before serving, add the dressing to the salad and toss gently. Season with salt and additional vinegar to taste.
