Spaghetti With Pork And Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None 14 oz can chopped tomatoes
    Pinch None sugar
    1 None 12 oz package of spaghetti
    2 None red onions, sliced
    2 None garlic cloves, crushed
    3 tbsp olive oil
    3 None tomatoes, grated
    3 oz sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
    2/3 lb carrots, trimmed and thinly sliced
    1/2 None head of broccoli, cut into small florets
    1 oz pine nuts
    1/2 lb ground pork
    1/2 lb cherry tomatoes
    1 oz capers
    1 oz black olives
    None None Parmesan, to serve
Preparation
    Pour the chopped tomatoes into a saucepan, add 3 cups of water and bring to a boil. Season then stir in the sugar, spaghetti, onions, garlic, 2 tbsp oil, the grated tomatoes and the sun-dried tomatoes. Simmer for 4-5 mins, then mix in the carrots and broccoli and simmer for 8-10 mins, until the spaghetti is cooked through.
    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a saucepan, add the pine nuts and cook for 2-3 mins until golden. Remove from the pan. Add the pork to the pan and cook over a high heat for 5-6 mins until cooked through. Mix the pork and cherry tomatoes into the spaghetti and continue to cook for 2-3 mins. Fold in the capers and olives. Divide the pasta between 4 bowls then sprinkle with Parmesan. Serve.
