Baked Mushrooms With Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (4.5 oz) portobello mushrooms
    7 oz shaved ham
    1/4 cup olive oil
    3 oz Cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
    4 None eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.
    Arrange mushrooms and ham in a large baking dish. Drizzle with oil then bake for 10 mins. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 5 mins.
    Carefully crack eggs onto ham. Bake for 5 mins, or until cheese melts and eggs are cooked to your liking. Season. Serve immediately.
