Portuguese Sweet Potato Soup With Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

250 g chorizo or cabanossi, peeled and sliced
1 None onion, peeled and finely diced
1 clove garlic, peeled and finely diced
650 g sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
400 g potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 litre chicken stock
350 g spinach leaves, coarsely chopped
Preparation

Heat oil in a large pot and saute chorizo. Set aside. Sweat onion and garlic until translucent. Add potatoes and stock. Cover and cook for 15 mins. Return chorizo to pot and add spinach. Cook for 5 mins. Season to taste and serve.
