Savory Meat Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    3 oz rolled oats (or breadcrumbs}
    1 None small red onion, finely chopped
    1 None large egg
    2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley leaves
    1 tbsp tomato paste
    1 tbsp flour
    1/3 cup sour cream, to serve
    None None Filling
    1 (10 oz) can corn kernels, drained
    1 None avocado, pitted, finely chopped
    1 None tomato, seeded, chopped
    2 None green onions, finely chopped, plus extra to serve
    1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
    1/3 cup grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    In a bowl, combine ground beef, oats, onion, egg, parsley, tomato paste and flour. Season. Press into 4 - 5 inch tart pans. Bake for 20-25 mins, until cooked through. Use paper towels to soak up any excess fat.
    Meanwhile, for the filling, combine all ingredients except cheese. Season. Pile into tart shells and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 8-10 mins, until cheese melts. Remove from pans.
    Serve topped with sour cream and extra green onion.
