Corn On The Cob With Herb Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, at room temperature
    1/4 tsp minced garlic
    1 None lime, zested and juiced
    1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
    1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
    1 tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes
    8 ears corn, shucked
Preparation
    Mash together butter, garlic, 1/4 tsp lime zest, 1 tsp lime juice, herbs and sun-dried tomatoes. Season.
    Cook corn in boiling salted water for 5 mins. Brush butter over corn. Serve warm.
