Quick Tomato And Zucchini Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz whole wheat spaghetti
    1 tbsp olive oil
    4 oz cherry tomatoes, quartered
    1 None scallion, sliced
    3 oz zucchini, grated
    2 sprigs fresh basil, chopped
    2 oz mini mozzarella balls
Preparation
    Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the package instructions.
    Heat the oil in a frying pan and saute the tomatoes and scallion for 2 mins. Season to taste. Add the zucchini and basil and remove from heat.
    Drain the spaghetti and toss with the vegetables and mozzarella. Serve.
