Caprese Pasta Salad With Spicy Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

300 g farfalle
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
1-2 tsp sambal oelek
2-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
6 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 None onion, finely diced
1-2 tsp salt
1 tsp caster sugar
6 tbsp olive oil
2 None packs mozzerella pearls
400 g cherry tomatoes, halved
20 g chopped basil
1 None lime, cut into wedges
Preparation

Cook the pasta in a saucepan of boiling, salted water according to the package instructions. Drain then rinse under cold water.
To marinate the shrimp, mix the sunflower oil, sambal oelek and garlic together. Mix in the shrimp, cover and chill.
To assemble the salad, mix the vinegar, onion, 1 tsp salt, pepper and sugar together. Whisk in the olive oil. Toss with the mozzarella, tomato, basil and pasta.
To cook the shrimp, preheat the broiler, spread the shrimp on a baking sheet and broil for 6-10 mins or until cooked, turning halfway through. Serve with the salad and limes wedges.
