Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 tbsp butter, chopped, at room temperature
    1 cup light brown sugar
    1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
    1 None egg, beaten
    1 cup rice flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    2 oz finely chopped chocolate
    1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
    In a bowl, using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar together until creamy. Beat in peanut butter and the egg.
    Sift rice flour and baking powder together. Mix into creamed mixture until well combined.
    Spoon tablespoonfuls of the mixture into balls and arrange on trays, allowing room for spreading. Bake for 8 minutes.
    In a bowl, combine chocolate and peanuts. Sprinkle evenly over each cookie. Bake for a further 2-3 minutes, until cookies are golden. Cool on trays. Store in an airtight container.
