Egg And Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups baby spinach leaves
    1/2 cup flour
    1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
    1 cup diced ham
    2 None green onions, chopped
    2 cups milk
    4 None eggs, lightly beaten
    4 tbsp (1/2 stick) butter, melted
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a deep 9-inch pie plate.
    Blanch spinach by placing in a bowl and covering with boiling water. Let stand for 1 min. Drain and refresh under cold water to stop cooking process. Drain again.
    Sift flour into a large bowl. Add Cheddar cheese, ham and onion. Whisk milk, eggs and butter in a medium bowl. Whisk into flour mixture with spinach. Pour into pie plate. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake for 45-50 mins or until golden and set. Serve warm or at room temperature with salad.
