Roast Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 None floury potatoes, peeled and halved
    2 tbsp light olive oil
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly oil a roasting pan.
    Boil, steam or microwave potatoes for 5 mins; drain. Pat dry with paper towels. Cool for 10 mins.
    Gently rake rounded sides of potatoes with tines of fork. Pace potatoes in a single layer, cut-side down, in prepared pan. Brush with oil.
    Roast for 50 mins, or until potatoes are browned and crisp.
