Apple Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon, diced
    2 None spring onions, trimmed and sliced
    4 None chicken breasts, each about 5.25 oz
    2 None apples, cored and thinly sliced
    2/3 cup heavy cream
    1 tbsp Dijon mustard
    1/3 cup dry cider
    1/2 lb basmati rice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Fry bacon until crispy. Add spring onions and saute for 1 min. Season chicken then arrange in shallow baking dishes with apples. Mix cream and mustard then pour over chicken. Scatter onions and bacon around then bake for 25 mins or until chicken is cooked through.
    Meanwhile, cook rice in boiling, salted water for 10 mins, drain and serve with chicken.
