Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 - 4.5 oz sausages
2 tbsp olive oil
1 - 15 oz can chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup ketchup
1-2 tbsp honey
1 pinch curry powder
2 tbsp creme fraiche or sour cream
6-8 slices white bread, lightly toasted, 2 slices cut in 1/2 diagonally
4.5 oz Gouda cheese, grated
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Saute sausages in oil for 7 mins. Slice then transfer to a baking dish. Mix tomatoes, ketchup and honey. Season, add curry powder and creme fraiche then pour over sausages. Arrange sliced toast on top, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 25 mins. Sprinkle with curry powder and serve with remaining toast.
