Sticky Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup tomato sauce or ketchup
    1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
    1/3 cup char siu sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    4 1/2 lb chicken pieces
    2 tsp sesame seeds, lightly toasted
    1 cup fresh cilantro leaves, roughly torn
    4 None spring onions, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Combine tomato sauce, chili sauce, char siu sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil in a large bowl. Reserve 1/3 cup. Add chicken to marinade in bowl and mix to coat chicken. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 30 mins to marinate.
    Line a large roasting pan with baking paper. Arrange chicken, in a single layer, in prepared pan. Bake, basting chicken with reserved marinade and turning occasionally, for 35-40 mins, or until glazed and cooked through. Remove from oven.
    Combine sesame seeds, cilantro leaves and onions in a small bowl. Sprinkle over chicken to serve.
