Apricot Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

1/3 cup apricot preserves
1 None lemon, zested and juiced
1 None orange, zested and juiced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp fresh parsley leaves, chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves, chopped
1 None rotisserie chicken
Preparation

Preheat grill.
Gently heat preserves until melted. Mix in 1 tsp lemon zest, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp orange zest, 2 tbsp orange juice, soy sauce, ketchup and herbs.
Arrange chicken in a roasting pan then coat with 1/2 the glaze. Place pan on grill, cover and cook for 5 mins. Brush with remaining glaze and cook for 10 mins, or until heated through.
