Mushroom And Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cups chicken stock
    9 oz cheese-filled tortellini
    3.5 oz shiitake mushrooms, halved
    1 None zucchini, halved, sliced diagonally
    2-3 drops Tabasco sauce
    2 oz baby spinach
    6 None green onions, sliced
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, bring stock to a boil. Add tortellini and cook for 5 mins, until al dente.
    Add mushrooms, zucchini and Tabasco sauce. Season. Gently simmer for 5 mins. Add spinach and onions and cook until just wilted. Serve.
