Berry And Pork Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz mixed fresh berries
    2 None peaches, pitted and sliced
    8 oz leftover roast pork, turkey or ham, sliced
    6 oz mixed baby spinach and arugula salad blend
    1/2 cup walnut pieces, toasted
    1 small red onion, thinly sliced
    None None FOR THE DRESSING
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tbsp red wine vinegar
    2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
Preparation
    Arrange berries, peaches, pork, salad, walnuts and onion on serving plates (or in a serving bowl).
    For the dressing, whisk all ingredients in a small bowl. Season to taste. Drizzle over salad just before serving, tossing well.
